About the Role
The Blue SkAI is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts and help promote our educational programs in Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, AGI, and Psychology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, and supporting overall brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Support the development and maintenance of the organization's brand identity and voice.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with content creation and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
- Knowledge or interest in Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, AGI, or Psychology is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
