Teen Mental Health Counselor

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

• Licensure or certification as a mental health counselor

• Experience working with teenagers in a counseling or therapy setting

• Knowledge of adolescent development and mental health issues

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport and trust with teenage clients

• Empathy, patience, and understanding towards teens facing mental health challenges

• Ability to create and implement effective treatment plans

• Understanding of ethical guidelines and boundaries in counseling

• Willingness to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members
